Job descriptionMatric (Grade 12) qualification. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Computer proficiency, especially in MS Office. Strong customer service and time management skills. Ability to work well under pressure and in a team.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Consultant to join our team in JHB - Clayville
Responsibilities :
- Call on customers to grow sales and meet targets.
- Process orders accurately and follow through to customers.
- Answer product / company questions and understand customer needs.
- Update customer information in the database.
- Liaise with production and dispatch for customer requests.
- Attend sales meetings and collaborate with the Sales team.
- Complete general tasks assigned by Sales Team leader.
- Minimize wastage and maintain a tidy workstation.
