Job Title : Office Administrative Assistant

Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of clerical and administrative functions to drive company success. You will be a central part of the team ensuring smooth daily operations managing client communications and upholding the companys high standards of customer service.
This is a full-time remote role for a tech-savvy and self-sufficient professional who requires no hand-holding and thrives in a supportive non-micromanaging environment.
Key Responsibilities
Client Communication : Answer inbound calls providing exceptional customer support on the main phone lines. Respond to inbound leads and handle general correspondence via email.
Scheduling : Schedule new client appointments and efficiently manage and modify existing schedules as needed.
Administrative & Office Tasks : Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) create documentation or resources and perform all other office tasks as needed to support the team.
Required Competencies
Communication : Native or near-native English proficiency is required. You must have exceptional customer support skills and a professional friendly demeanor on the phone.
Personality & Work Ethic : We are looking for someone who is with it fun and high-energy. You must be a collaborative team player who can handle shifting priorities with grace.
Organizational Skills : Meticulous organized and able to manage tasks efficiently.
Technical Proficiency : Very computer literate. You must be tech-savvy and self-sufficient requiring no hand-holding on systems documents or email.
Bonus Skills : Experience with QuickBooks or Jobber is a plus. The ability to support social media efforts is also a bonus.
What You Can Expect
Hours : Monday to Friday 9 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM CST.
