Job description

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

General office admin : ??

  • ??
  • Front of house, receiving and assisting customers at reception.
  • Receive stock / deliveries
  • Request purchase orders
  • Send paperwork to relevant department
  • File paperwork
  • Arrange installations / deliveries
  • Liaise with rest of the group
  • Ordering office supplies and stationery.
  • Coordinating courier services- goods to be delivered or collected.
  • General admin- filing, emails, assist fellow employees when needed, town trips etc.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.

Key competencies :

  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail with ability to work with data, and compile, review and understand spreadsheets
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
  • Initiative driven
  • Requirements :

  • Valid driver’s license.
  • National senior certificate
  • Competency in Microsoft applications.
  • Contactable references.
