Our leading FMCG manufacturing client is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to drive growth, strengthen strategic relationships and deliver tailored solutions to key customers. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of commercial acumen and technical understanding with a strong background in account management and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, retain and grow key customer accounts across multiple sectors, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities to expand market share and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with technical, design, production and commercial teams to deliver customized fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Assess customer requirements and prepare compelling proposals, pricing models and contractual agreements.
- Lead successful negotiations to deliver sustainable value and mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Track market trends, competitor activity and industry shifts to uncover emerging opportunities.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to shape go-to-market strategies and ensure seamless project delivery.
- Consistently achieve sales revenue and profitability objectives.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in BCom (Marketing, Business or Commerce) or Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical or related discipline).Demonstrated success in sales, key account management and business development.Experience in packaging FMCG or manufacturing industries is advantageous.Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.Commercially astute with the technical aptitude to support solution-based selling.Self-motivated, target-oriented and able to work independently.Willingness to travel as needed.#J-18808-Ljbffr
