HR Generalist

Norrin Radd (Pty) Ltd is seeking an HR Generalist. This role will support the company by structuring HR processes and managing all people-related functions. The successful candidate will oversee approximately 5 entities, ensuring compliance, effective HR practices, and smooth day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on position for a HR professional ready to take ownership of the full HR function in a fast-paced environment

Minimum Requirements :

Diploma / Degree in Human Resources or related field

3 - 5 years’ experience in an HR Generalist role

Strong knowledge of labour legislation, HR policies, and best practices

Experience with HR administration, payroll preparation, and employee relations

Ability to implement HR systems and processes from the ground up

Strong organizational and communication skills

Labour Relations / CCMA Procedures Certification

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee end-to-end HR functions for approximately 5 companies

Manage recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes

Administer payroll inputs, leave, and employee benefits

Draft and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks

Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters

Maintain personnel files and HR records

Provide support to management on workforce planning and performance management

Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR best practices

Contribute to building a positive and engaged workplace culture

Skills :

In-depth knowledge of South African labour laws and HR best practices.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to influence and build relationships across all organizational levels.

Problem-solving and conflict management skills.

High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.

Strong analytical and report-writing abilities.
