What Youll Be Doing :
This is no ordinary admin job youll be at the heart of our operations, making sure everything runs smoothly so our creative team can do what they do best. Youll handle a wide range of responsibilities, including :
- Owning all day-to-day bookkeeping tasks : receipts, deposits, invoices, POs, refunds & more
- Running the full creditors and debtors function , including monthly reconciliations and follow-ups
- Managing the asset register and keeping petty cash in check
- Assisting with payroll and staff reimbursement processes
- Preparing and sending client invoices & statements
- Being the friendly face (and voice) at the front desk : answering calls, welcoming walk-ins
- Receiving and checking supplier deliveries
- Creating and maintaining streamlined admin systems to keep us running efficiently
What Youll Bring to the Table :
Matric (Grade 12) is essential; a tertiary qualification in finance / admin is a bonusMinimum 5 years experience in a similar finance / admin roleProficiency in Sage and / or Xero is non-negotiableExperience with Chase and / or Magnetic is a big plusStrong MS Office, especially Excel you're no stranger to spreadsheets!A solid understanding of bookkeeping principlesTop-notch communication and customer service skillsA positive, can-do attitude with the ability to juggle priorities like a proWhy Youll Love Working With Us :
