About the Role :
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide direct support to senior management and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities, with a proven track record in managing executive-level priorities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide full administrative and personal support to management, including diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Manage correspondence, emails, phone calls, and confidential documents with discretion and professionalism.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas as required.
- Oversee and maintain office filing systems (digital and physical).
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient communication flow.
- Assist in project coordination, tracking deliverables, and ensuring deadlines are met
- Manage procurement of office supplies and ensure the office environment runs smoothly.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as expense reports and invoice tracking.
- Support with HR and onboarding administration where necessary.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned to support business operations and management priorities.
Requirements
Minimum of 35 years experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Senior Administrator.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.High attention to detail with the ability to prioritize effectively.Discretion in handling confidential information.Professional demeanour with strong interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and under pressure.
