Job description
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12).
- Business or property-related tertiary qualification (preferred).
- Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) and compliance with PPRA education requirements.
- 57 years experience in property or centre management.
- Advanced computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, and property management systems such as SAP or MDA).
- Strong knowledge of commercial property management, lease agreements, and statutory requirements (OHS, POPIA, FICA, Labour Relations Act).
- Financial management and budgeting expertise.
- Proven leadership ability with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
