Job descriptionTrack and analyse product performance with clients to optimise sales strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure stock availability and minimise delays. Assist in planning product placements to maximise sales and profitability. Work with senior account managers and business development teams to implement sales strategies. Effectively communicate with internal teams to streamline processes and resolve any client or inventory-related issues. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to enhance account performance. Encourage a positive and goal-driven team culture. Monitor and report on sales trends and account performance. Provide insights to optimise sales and inventory decisions. Assist in preparing reports and presentations for senior management and clients. Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables and formulas). Strong understanding of inventory and supply chain management. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify sales trends. Proactive approach to identifying challenges and implementing effective solutions. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. 1 - 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related role. A degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant field. Experience with CRM or inventory management systems (experience in consumer electronics is a plus). Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Job Title : Junior Account Manager (X2 positions available)
Location : Century City, Cape Town, South Africa
Employment Type : Full-Time
Salary : R8,000.00 probation (3 months), thereafter R10,000.00 basic + commission

Responsibilities :
Account Management & Growth
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail and wholesale partners.
- Act as the primary contact for assigned accounts, addressing client needs and concerns.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss account performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Assist in negotiating pricing, order volumes, and timelines with clients.
- Recognise upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximise revenue.
