Responsibilities :
- Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the IT recruitment sector.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients across the UAE region.
- Collaborate with recruitment consultants to deliver tailored solutions for client needs.
- Manage the full business development lifecycle from lead generation to onboarding.
- Conduct regular market research to identify industry trends and client requirements.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly revenue and client acquisition targets.
- Provide regular updates and pipeline reports to management.
Qualifications and Experience :
3–5 years of experience in business development within the IT recruitment industry.Proven track record of securing new clients and exceeding sales targets.Strong understanding of recruitment cycles and the technology talent landscape.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively.Ability to work during UAE business hours (approx. 6 AM to 3 PM SAST) .Access to a reliable laptop and high-speed internet connection.
