Recruitment Business Development position
We're seeking an energetic and positive Business Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will drive outreach to US companies recruiting for senior positions, utilizing consultative skills to develop new client relationships.
Note : We operate on South African time, with evening calls often extending until 9 or 10 PM. Daytime hours are flexibly arranged to accommodate this schedule.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify and target companies posting senior positions aligned with our service offeringsInitiate contact via email and LinkedInConduct high-level sales calls with decision-makers, demonstrating our value propositionEmploy a consultative approach to understand client needs and tailor solutionsDevelop and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat businessCollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client successMaintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management in our CRM systemRequirements
Proven experience in B2B sales or business development.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong consultative selling skills, with the ability to identify client needs and propose tailored solutionsCharismatic and energetic personality, with a passion for building relationships and driving salesSelf-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targetsAbility to work independently in a remote environmentAdaptable to flexible working hoursProficient in using CRM systems, LinkedIn, and MS Office suiteBachelor's degree or equivalent experiencePreferred :
