RESERVATIONS & REVENUE MANAGER (STELLENBOSCH)

Requirements :

• Grade 12 and a relevant hospitality qualification.
• 3+ years experience in a reservations management role, preferably in a luxury / 5-star environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Solid knowledge of revenue management principles and booking systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel essential).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as needed.
