Sales Manager (Plastic Manufacturing) -  Maitland, Cape Town - CTC R70,000 / month gross + Benefits

We're seeking an experienced  Sales Manager  to lead a team of four sales professionals. The role is based at our Maitland factory and involves frequent national travel across South Africa.

Duties

Drive new sales & marketing opportunities

Manage & grow customer relationships nationwide

Lead, mentor & develop your sales team

Ensure targets are consistently met

Oversee reporting, forecasting & team performance

Requirements

Proven track record in sales leadership

Strong client relationship skills

Ability to manage and motivate a team

Experience in plastics or manufacturing is  advantageous

Willingness to travel frequently
