Client Sales Representative - Remote, No Cold Calls Warm Leads (OTE £2,500 - £5,000)
Hours : Monday – Friday, availability from 9 : 00 AM UK time to 12 : 00 AM UK time (to cover UK & US markets)
Role Type : Appointment Setter – B2B, outbound & inbound ( no cold calling )
Compensation : OTE £2,500 – £5,000 / month for experienced setters (commission-only). 5% commission on every closed deal you book. Clear career path to Closer role.

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Appointment Setter who knows how to :
- communicate effectively with business owners,
- qualify leads, and
- book high-quality sales meetings.
This is a performance-driven role for someone who is proactive, organised, and hungry for success.
You’ll be using tools like Dripify, Instantly, and HighLevel to manage outreach, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling. You’ll work closely with our Closers , ensuring that every meeting you book has a strong chance of converting.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with warm leads generated through paid ads, outreach campaigns, and inbound channels.Qualify prospects to ensure they meet client criteria before passing them to Closers.Book sales calls directly into the calendars of our Closers, maintaining high show-up and conversion rates.Manage outreach and follow-ups through tools like Dripify, Instantly, and HighLevel.Keep detailed notes in our CRM , ensuring the sales team has full context.Collaborate with the team to refine messaging, improve conversion rates, and hit performance targets.Success in the Role
Consistently hitting and exceeding appointment targets.Proven reliability as a strong performer.Actively contributing feedback on lead quality and outreach processes.Recognised as a top setter in the company.Handling high-value accounts and maintaining strong conversion rates.Working closely with Closers and leadership to optimise sales systems.Eligible to step up into a Closer role.Potential to mentor and train new Appointment Setters.Actively shaping outreach workflows and team performance.Requirements
