We are looking for an experienced HR Practitioner to join our team, responsible for managing payroll, employee benefits, and supporting best-practice HR processes that foster employee engagement and operational efficiency. This role combines strong technical knowledge (especially in Sage 300 People ) with a hands-on approach to compliance, reporting, and employee support.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll & Remuneration

• Manage the end-to-end payroll and benefits process across multiple entities.
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, including data validation and approvals.
• Support remuneration reviews, incentive schemes, and pay scale updates.
• Resolve payroll and benefits-related queries efficiently.
