SDR & Relationship Builder (Remote | Part-Time - with Full time potential)

Join the Eriscale Team, we help B2B companies grow through sales systems that feel like service - not spam.

We’re now looking for a socially intelligent, proactive team member to manage outreach and messaging on behalf of Eriscale.

At its core, this role is all about building relationships.

You’ll be writing high-quality personalised messages to prospects, replying to messages, and following up with leads - and taking discovery calls - always with the purpose of developing new business opportunities on behalf of Eriscale (and always with authenticity).

What You’ll Do

As the person managing our outreach accounts, you’ll be trusted with meaningful work :

  • Write personalised lines that actually sound like a human (not AI). You’ll dive into LinkedIn posts, profiles, websites, and company pages to find genuine points of connection.
  • Own the inbox - reply to all incoming messages, progress conversations thoughtfully, and handle objections or curiosity with nuance & ultimately - schedule meetings.
  • Follow up with leads using our CRM and outreach tools. You’ll be in charge of nurturing relationships across the entire pipeline for Eriscale.
  • And lastly you will be taking the first discovery calls with prospect in order to qualify if they are a good fit to work with us.

We’ll provide a clear workflow, structure, and training - but we’re also a small, agile team.

That means we’ll count on you to pick up one-off tasks, adapt to new client nuances, and take initiative with energy and independence.

  • Lemlist for outbound campaigns and tracking
  • Notion for CRM, workflow, SOPs
  • Slack for communication (internal & external)
  • (Direct experience with these is a bonus - not a must. We’ll train you.)

  • If successful, we’ll invite you to a 2-week paid trial period
  • Once you hit KPIs during the trial, you’ll be brought on part- or full-time with performance-based growth incentives and a clear path to increased responsibility.
