Who we’re looking for We are looking for a motivated and experienced Digital Account Manager / Sales Executive who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong, profitable relationships with clients and media agencies. You will have a solid understanding of the digital media landscape, a passion for innovation, and a proven ability to convert opportunities into revenue. You are a natural networker, confident presenter, and strategic thinker who brings both enthusiasm and expertise to every interaction.

What you will do

• Develop and manage profitable relationships with agencies, clients, and brands to drive new and repeat digital media revenue.
• Achieve and exceed individual and portfolio sales targets across both programmatic and direct / customised digital campaigns.
• Actively identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong networks within South African media agencies and advertisers.
• Present tailored digital media solutions using data and insights to support recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Ad Operations and others) to ensure campaigns are delivered seamlessly and meet client expectations.
• Stay informed of industry trends, audience insights, and platform developments to remain a trusted advisor to clients.
• Efficiently manage sales processes, systems, and reporting to ensure accuracy and accountability.
