Overview
Location : Somewhere Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa. Fully remote role, only for South Africa candidates. Resume submissions in English only. Position : RECRUITER. Work Hours : Monday to Friday, 7am-4pm. Timezone : CST. Holidays : South Africa public holidays. Pay Range : USD 800 - 1,300 per month + commission (final offer at client discretion, based on candidate skills and experience). Client Interview Process : 3 interviews with an assessment.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Candidate Engagement : Engage with prospective candidates, assess their skills, career goals, and alignment with client role requirements.
- Screening & Assessment : Conduct resume reviews, screenings, and evaluations to ensure candidates meet client qualifications and expectations.
- Collaboration with Clients : Work closely with client partners to understand talent needs and ensure recruitment outcomes align with requirements.
- Interview Coordination & Onboarding : Facilitate interview scheduling, prepare candidates, and support onboarding across time zones and regions.
- Recruitment Strategy Optimization : Track and analyze recruitment metrics, providing insights to optimize global recruitment strategies and outcomes.
- Cross-Team Collaboration : Collaborate with internal teams to ensure transparent communication and a cohesive candidate experience.
- Industry Best Practices : Stay updated on global recruitment best practices, industry trends, and regulations to maintain compliance and adapt strategies.
Minimum Requirements
More than 2 years of experience in recruitment or RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing).Strong expertise in sourcing, people support, and decision-making skills.Proven track record of delivering exceptional candidate quality aligned with client expectations.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence candidates and clients.Proficiency in recruitment management tools (e.g., RCRM, Hubspot, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).Comfortable working independently in a remote setting, with strong time management skills.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders.When Applying For This Position
