Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of proven experience in Retail Management, within the furniture environment.
• Sales and Customer Centricity : Master the art of driving sales through strategic planning, effective prospecting, and exceptional customer service.
• Stock Management : Implement robust strategies to control inventory levels, ensure optimal stock availability, and minimize losses.
• Compliance and Risk Management : Maintain strict adherence to relevant legislation and risk management standards to safeguard the business.
