This is a first-line support role where you will be the first point of contact for network-related issues, ensuring swift troubleshooting, minimal downtime, and reliable fibre optic network performance.

- Proven experience with Fibre Optic Networks & Layer 2 protocols (VLANs, STP, MAC tables, and managed switches)
- Minimum 2 years work experience in support or networking
- Strong troubleshooting skills in first-line network support
- Bilingual : English & Afrikaans
