Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Port Elizabeth for a Regional Customer Success Manager. The individual in this role will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing accounts, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring and analyzing customer interactions, addressing inquiries and concerns, and developing strategies to improve overall customer experience and retention.
