At Pavago, we are hiring for one of our clients who is preparing for a high-volume period of client outreach during the open enrollment season. To ensure smooth operations, they are seeking reliable and professional Outbound Calling Specialists who can manage large volumes of calls with accuracy and care. This role is not sales-driven but focuses on client data verification, ensuring that the client’s database remains accurate, complete, and ready for use. By joining this project, you will play a critical role in maintaining client relationships and supporting seamless administrative processes.

Responsibilities

Client Data Verification

  • Make outbound calls to confirm and update client names and addresses.
  • Ensure all data collected is accurate, complete, and entered correctly into the system.
  • Follow standardized call scripts while maintaining a natural and professional tone.

Client Support & Escalation

  • Answer basic client inquiries courteously and professionally.
  • Transfer calls to the main office for more complex questions or concerns.
  • Document any issues or escalations for follow-up by the office team.
  • Process & Efficiency Management

  • Manage daily call volumes ranging from 100–200 calls with consistency.
  • Use call center and CRM software to track call progress and record outcomes.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly call targets without compromising quality.
  • Professionalism & Compliance

  • Maintain confidentiality of client information at all times.
  • Follow all provided guidelines and procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Represent the client’s brand with professionalism in every interaction.

  • Skilled in using call center software, CRMs, and other computer-based tools.
  • Ability to stay detail-oriented, even while handling a high volume of calls.
  • Positive, patient, and professional demeanor when speaking with clients.
  • Comfortable working independently and staying productive in a remote environment.
  • Required Experience and Skills

  • 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, or outbound calling role.
  • Proven ability to manage high call volumes while maintaining data accuracy.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, call center tools, or database management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Reliable internet connection, computer, and headset for remote work.
  • What Does A Typical Day Look Like?

    As an Outbound Calling Specialist, you will begin your day by logging into the call center platform, reviewing your call list, and preparing for client outreach. The majority of your day will involve making outbound calls to verify client names and addresses, updating the system in real time as you gather information. While most interactions will be straightforward, you will occasionally transfer calls to the office if a client has questions that require additional support. Throughout the day, you will focus on maintaining accuracy, meeting daily call targets, and ensuring that every client interaction reflects professionalism and courtesy. By the end of your shift, you will have contributed directly to keeping the client database accurate, which is essential for a successful open enrollment season.
