International Sales Manager

This position is for an award-winning luxury travel company that offers exceptional bespoke travel experiences internationally.

Candidate Requirements :

• A Diploma or Degree in Hospitality / Tourism / Travel is essential
• Personal experience traveling in Africa is ESSENTIAL
• Must have experience in the Sales and Luxury Tourism environment
• Africa DMC experience required
• Exposure to world-class sales management / transformation and digital e-commerce practices will be highly advantageous
• Must have extensive experience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management
• Will need to assist in the development and implementation of sales & marketing plans as needed
• Will need to conduct reviews with sales team members for continuous improvements
• Will need to maintain contact with Key Market clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
• Must demonstrate the ability to interact, cooperate and mentor employees
