Key Responsibilities
Meet with 3–4 farmers daily to introduce our client, identify their needs, conduct soil testing, recommend solutions, close sales, and provide follow-up.Plan and organize activities, segment the territory, and optimize the customer network to achieve management-set targets.Engage the client network through events, WhatsApp groups, and other channels to promote solutions.Develop and maintain a customer portfolio.Ensure accurate reporting through CRM updates and activity reports.Requirements
