Duties & Responsibilities
- Under general supervision, supports the effective operation and improvement of one or more HR processes.
- Collaborates with stakeholders, creates tools and resources, and executes programs and projects.
- Develops subject matter expertise in one or more of the following disciplines : Compensation, Benefits, International HR / Global Mobility, Employee Relations, Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, HR Information Systems, or HR Operations.
- Supports the efficient delivery of processes, programs and policies through the application of specialized knowledge and skills, analysis, and business acumen.
- Responsible for HR data reporting used to determine meaningful recommendations and actions to improve overall HR service delivery.
- May advise HR and business leaders across the organisation on best practices.
- Conduct regular performance reviews / probation / capacity discussions with HODs to instil a performance culture within the Company.
- Ensure continuous building employee relations within the companys culture goals.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievance, and any other issues.
- Contribute to the development and updating of HR and Company policies and procedures as required.
- Manage and monitor the Companys recruitment and selection process and complete recruitment for salary employees.
- Contribute and assist (where indirect labour is required) the Companys recruitment and selection process and complete recruitment for wage employees.
- Implement a manager an effective personnel administration system and procedures.
