Junior Risk Asset Manager

To optimize secondary profits through analysing, determining and managing asset risks (including appropriate residual value), the asset life cycle and the end of term strategies within a rental environment in line with client behaviour

Responsibilities

• Effective risk and secondary profit management (maximum income potential)
• Life cycle management of asset risk
• Effective relationship management and communication skills
• Effective team and self-management
• Fashioning and constructing complex deal structures
• Risk analysis and asset behaviour assessment / prediction

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Finance / Financial Management

Ideally has Honours or postgraduate diploma in Risk Management, Investment Management, or Asset & Liability Management

Experience

Minimum three years risk, pricing and financial & spreadsheet modelling experience
