We are seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive support in administration, marketing, research, and client / project coordination. This position will work closely with leadership and project teams to ensure efficient operations and high-quality client outcomes.

Working Hours : 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM Eastern Time, Monday–Friday
Job Responsibilities :
- Meeting Support : Join calls, take notes, and track follow-ups
- Calendar Management : Schedule, coordinate, and update team and client meetings
- Document & Presentation Support : Prepare and customize decks for clients and business development
- Research : Conduct targeted research for projects and client needs
- Database & Tracking : Maintain contact lists, trackers, and updates
- Administrative Support : Handle signatures, NDAs, invoices, and coordination with accounting
- Proposal Support : Assist with proposals through graphics, drafting, and formatting
- General Support : Provide ad hoc assistance and special project support
Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a professional settingMinimum of 2 years of experience in a professional remote work environmentStrong organizational, research, and administrative skillsExperience managing calendars and scheduling across multiple time zonesFamiliarity with Google Workspace (GSuite) tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Gmail, Calendar)High emotional intelligence, maturity, and demonstrated business acumenExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishComfort asking supervisors for clarity, deadlines, and priority-setting when not explicitly communicatedProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams)Preferred
