Inbound Lead Response / Call Center Agent

Job descriptionCall and follow up with leads generated through inbound sources (website, ads, campaigns, referrals, etc.). Understand customer needs and provide suitable information on products or services. Qualify leads and update CRM with accurate customer details and call outcomes. Persuade and guide prospects towards conversions (sales, appointments, or sign-ups). Maintain daily / weekly lead call targets, conversion ratios, and follow-up schedules. Handle sales queries, objections, and escalate complex cases to Management. Ensure compliance with company policies and always maintain professionalism. Work closely with Management / Team Leader to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance
Requirements : Minimum : Matric.
- Prior experience in tele sales or internal sales is essential.
- Debt counselling knowledge is an advantage.
- Excellent spoken communication with a natural ability to influence and persuade.
- Clear and professional written communication; native English fluency is essential.
- Skilled in active listening and quickly establishing rapport with others.
- Strong focus on customer needs, paired with a solution-driven mindset.
- Well-organized and reliable with strong follow-through.
- Comfortable using basic computer programs, including MS Office and CRM systems.
- Goal-driven and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
