Executive Assistant | Luxury Hotel | Western Cape
Salary : R50,000 Negotiable Depending on Experience
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a highly organised and discreet Executive Assistant to support senior management at a luxury hotel in the Western Cape. This pivotal role requires a polished professional with strong administrative, organisational, and communication skills, capable of handling confidential information and providing seamless executive support.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including diary and email management
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points
Manage travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation bookings
Draft, proofread, and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
Act as a key point of contact between executives, staff, and external stakeholders
Assist in project coordination, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
Maintain filing systems and records with strict confidentiality
Support with expense tracking, budget monitoring, and financial administration
Handle ad hoc administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements :
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior administrative role
Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business software
Ability to work independently while supporting a dynamic executive team
Previous experience within luxury hospitality would be advantageous
