At least five years’ experience in a HRD Mechanized Mining environment, of which two years in a role as competent TMM operator.Experience as TMM OperatorThe successful candidate will be responsible for, but not be limited to :
Provides input into workforce and succession planning.Supports line management in the training requirement of approved Standard operating procedures and MCOP’s, establishing competence for role and organizational culture.Executed operational mining skills development for competency.Ensure consistent and fair application of discipline within the area of responsibility.Training resources in compliance with best practice, execute and deliver Generic Induction.Comply to the required control and information systems and to track the operation performance.Promotes Corporate Governance and Company policies and procedures.Initiates activities that build morale, improve workplace relationships, and boost productivity and retention.Interprets human resources policies and procedures and provides guidance to employees and management on suchHuman Resources jobs
