Account Manager (Remote) RPO / BPO & Project Management Focus (US Hours)

Area : Remote | US Hours (EST) | Salary : R17k to R22k plus Commission

The Role : Account Manager (RPO / BPO + Project Management)

As an Account Manager, you'll be the primary liaison between clients and remote teams, ensuring seamless service delivery and driving account growth. This role demands expertise in RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing), BPO (Business Process Outsourcing), and client-facing Project Management. You will play a pivotal role in aligning talent, optimizing processes, and delivering measurable success for clients, all while operating within a fast-paced, fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Own the full client lifecycle from onboarding through account expansion.

Manage multiple client accounts with a strong emphasis on RPO / BPO engagements.

Drive project success by aligning talent, managing timelines, and meeting expectations.

Monitor team performance and client satisfaction, resolving issues proactively.

Identify and close upsell opportunities within client accounts.

Deliver regular client insights and performance reports.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to maintain seamless operations.

Act as a strategic partner to clients, ensuring long-term relationships and success.

About You

2+ years of Account Management experience, specifically within RPO / BPO environments.

Strong background in remote Project Management and client operations.

C1 / C2 proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).

Bachelor's degree or nearing completion.

Comfortable working Monday to Friday, 9 am 5 pm EST.

Equipped with a quiet home office, reliable 10mbps+ internet, 8GB RAM, headset, and backup options.

Detail-oriented, process-driven, and adaptable to change.

Relationship builder with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Driven, dependable, and enthusiastic in all interactions.

Compensation & Perks

Commissions on upsells (average $300500 per sale).
