Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and support the housekeeping team, ensuring consistently high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the hotels luxury standards and contributing to an exceptional guest experience.

Critical Criteria (Requirements)

• Minimum 23 years experience in a supervisory role within a hotel housekeeping environment
• Experience in a 4★ or higher hotel is preferred
• Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent; formal training in hospitality or housekeeping management advantageous
• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
• Attention to detail, time management, and professional attitude
• South African citizen with a valid ID
