RESPONSIBLE FOR ADMINISTRATION OF WHOLE GOODS :
Core Tasks :
Identify and implement products via their serial numbers.Prepare the lamination with customer details.Compile the tax invoice to send to the customer.Prepare the guaranteed card.Add the user manual and spare parts list to the customer package.Compile the technical and delivery checklist for the customer's usage.If applicable, compile border documentation and a waybill.Obtain export documents from customers when necessary for tax purposes.Continuously update and adjust the inventory list.ENSURE DELIVER EFFICIENCY :
Core Tasks :
Sort the deliveries according to each province.Ensure that payment has been made.Ensure that the customer is ready to receive the delivery.Confirm the delivery and allocate a driver to the delivery.Ensure optimal route planning and execution.Arrange services, maintenance, and licensing for the fleet.ASSIST WITH SALE OF WHOLE GOODS :
Core Tasks :
Handle the turnkey order process in the case of telephone queries, walk-ins, and internet queries.Assist marketers with quotations and general inquiries.Calculate the monthly commission.ASSIST WITH CUSTOMER LIAISING :

Handle delivery queries from customers.Follow up on queries regarding orders and pro-forma invoices.Provide general assistance with office queries as needed.JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications : Grade 12 with Accounting; Post-matric qualification in admin and / or accounting will be beneficial.Requirements : At least 3 years relevant sales administration experience in an agricultural environment.Administrative / Management jobs
