Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the commercial strategy in the SADC markets (Namibia, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Botswana, etc.);
- Manage and grow the existing customer portfolio, with a strong focus on customer retention and business development;
- Identify new business partners and sales opportunities
- Provide technical and commercial support on the product portfolio;
- Conduct negotiations, prepare commercial offers, and manage complex sales processes;
- Participate in industry trade shows, client visits, presentations, and training sessions for clients and partners;
- Continuously monitor assigned markets and competitor activities;
- Coordinate order management in collaboration with internal teams.
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the electromechanical sector or similar industries (industrial machinery, plants, energy);Demonstrated experience in managing international markets, ideally in African or emerging market contexts;Excellent knowledge of English (knowledge of additional local languages will be considered a plus);Willingness to travel frequently within the SADC region;Educational background in technical or commercial disciplines (or equivalent);Excellent command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);Valid category B driving licenseSkills
