What you will be doing :
Maintain and manage a healthy debtor's bookCapture transactions accurately and on timeCollect payments via email and phone communicationBuild and maintain strong customer relationshipsManage and reconcile customer accountsResolve queries and claims through established processesMaintain and monitor customer limitsHandle payments and remittance advice capturingForecast collectionsUpdate and maintain customer master dataAnalyse and share reports to support customer queriesPrepare and send out statements, invoices, PODs, and credit notesAssist auditors with required documentation during annual auditsFile delivery notes, credit applications, and CGIC reports on the shared drivePerform monthly CGIC insurance checks against Sage dataReport on overdue items monthly via Age AnalysisWhat we are looking for :
