Hospitality Hire has partnered with a leading safari & hospitality group based in Cape Town to find skilled Reservations Consultants to join their Head Office in Greenpoint.

As a Reservations Consultant, you will be on the front line of guest experience, shaping first impressions and ensuring every booking flows smoothly from enquiry to post-stay.
The Role
You will manage reservations across the portfolio, working with both trade partners and direct guests. You will handle enquiries, quotations, confirmations, amendments, and ensure guests receive the highest level of service in keeping with the brands reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to reservation enquiries via phone, email, and online channels
- Provide quotes & itineraries tailored to guest preferences, including packages, transfers, and experiences
- Load, confirm, adjust, and follow up on bookings in the reservation system
- Liaise with internal teams (front desk, lodge operations, transfers) to ensure accuracy and seamless delivery
- Maintain relationships with travel agents and other trade partners
- Keep accurate records of communications, booking details, special requests, payments, cancellations
- Monitor availability and rates; suggest upsells or add-ons where appropriate
- Resolve guest issues relating to bookings in a proactive, friendly manner
Language Skills & What Makes You a Strong Match
