Grade 12 (Matric) or relevant equivalentAvailable to work 24 / 7 ShiftsKnowledge of the Payments Landscape in South Africa3+ Years customer experience within an international support center2+ Years working in an Omni-Channel environment, supporting : Voice, email, Chat, WhatsApp2+ Years working in a Card Payment environment is advantageous to haveIntermediate computer LiteracyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPrevious experience working on Salesforce (Advantageous)Customer Service jobs
