Area Sales Manager Africa •

Preferred location : South Africa (Remote possible with regular travel)

As our Area Sales Manager, you'll help drive growth across a dynamic and fast-developing region. We're looking for someone who understands the recycling industry, is genuinely interested in innovative technology, and is motivated by creating real value for customers by understanding their needs. At TOMRA Recycling, we're leading the way in sustainability through cutting-edge solutions — this role puts you right at the heart of that mission.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the African market.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.
• Identify new business opportunities through market analysis.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Report market trends and forecasts into CRM.
• Prepare offers, negotiate contracts, and win projects.
• Take ownership of your regional sales budget and performance.
