Accounts Manager B2B Johannesburg South

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Accounts Manager to join a leading team in the fats and oils industry. If you enjoy building strong client relationships, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue across multiple business segments, this role offers a rewarding and strategic opportunity.

Job Duties :

  • Manage and grow a regional B2B portfolio in the Inland region.
  • Drive revenue volume and customer loyalty across key accounts.
  • Identify and implement new sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with logistics for accurate forecasting and pallet management.
  • Ensure credit processes are followed for all customer accounts.
  • Build relationships across distributors, food service, and manufacturing sectors.
  • Negotiate profitable B2B contracts based on competitor and market analysis.
  • Support marketing with trade promotions and brand visibility at industry events.
  • Present market intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
  • Submit accurate reports on customer trade and market performance.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales with strong knowledge of fats and oils.
  • Background in sales and marketing within the airline, food service, or hospitality industries.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter who is results-driven and customer-focused.
  • Confident, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Technical understanding of fats and oils or the ability to learn quickly.
